Expo Graphite Technology (“EGT”, “we”, “us”) is the data fiduciary for personal data collected through egtgroups.com. Our address is Plot No. 109, Ecotech III, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201306, India. We process personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made under them.

2. Personal data we collect

We collect only the data needed to respond to you and do business with you:

  • Enquiry forms: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, company, city and country, the product you are interested in and the details of your requirement.
  • Email and WhatsApp: the information and files, such as drawings, that you choose to send us.
  • Orders: billing and delivery details, GSTIN and other details needed for invoicing, shipping and export documentation.
  • Technical data: our hosting provider may record server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and to keep the website working.

We do not ask for sensitive personal data such as financial account passwords or health information through this website.

3. How we use your data

  • To reply to your enquiry and prepare quotations.
  • To process, manufacture, deliver and invoice your orders, and to meet tax, export and other legal requirements.
  • To contact you about your enquiry or order by phone, email or WhatsApp.
  • To keep the website secure and to prevent spam and misuse of our forms.

We process enquiry data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the form, and order data because it is needed to perform our contract with you and to comply with law. We do not sell your personal data and do not use it for purposes unrelated to our business with you.

Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to respond to you and for up to three years afterwards for follow-up, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Order and invoice records are kept for the period required by tax and company law in India.
