Graphite EDM electrodes

We machine graphite electrodes for sinker EDM from fine-grain isostatic graphite, from single prototype electrodes to repeat batches for mould and die makers. Ribs, deep cavities and fine profiles are cut on our VMC line directly from your 2D drawing or 3D model.

Electrodes made for OEM customers are supplied with a CMM quality report, so your tool room can load them without re-checking. More than 10,000 electrodes have been delivered to customers since 2019.

EDM isostatic graphite blocks

High-density isostatic graphite blocks for EDM electrode manufacturing and machined graphite parts. We supply standard blocks or cut them to your blank size, which saves machining time and material in your own shop.

Blocks are held in stock at our Greater Noida facility for quick dispatch across India.

Flexible graphite sheets and rolls

Flexible graphite sheet and roll for automotive gaskets, general industrial packing and heat-resistant gasket packing. It is also used for high-purity furnace parts in semiconductor and nuclear applications, and as a heat-release and heat-spreader material.

Rigid graphite insulation boards with graphite foil or carbon-fibre composite (CFC) coated faces. They are used to build and repair hot zones in vacuum and inert-atmosphere furnaces, and can be cut to the sizes your furnace needs.

Moulds and tooling

Designed and built in Unit 2, our toolroom for high-precision mould and die manufacturing.

Plastic injection moulds

Design and manufacture of precision plastic injection moulds for automotive, electrical, white-goods and general engineering components. Moulds are designed in-house and machined on VMC, CNC EDM, EDM and wire-cut machines, with strict control of surface finish.

Because Unit 1 machines graphite electrodes, the mould and the electrodes that cut it come from one supplier, on one schedule. Unit 2 is also equipped with a 106-ton injection moulding machine.

Frequently asked questions

Do you machine graphite electrodes from customer drawings?

Yes. Send a 2D drawing or 3D model with the quantity and required date. We machine the electrodes from isostatic graphite on our VMC line and send a quotation before work starts.

Do you provide inspection reports?

Electrodes made for OEM customers are supplied with a CMM quality report. Our inspection room uses Mitutoyo instruments with measurement accuracy up to 1 micron, calibrated by NABL-accredited agencies.

What isostatic graphite block sizes do you stock?

Our standard sizes include 1200 × 400 × 250 mm, 500 × 400 × 200 mm and 500 × 300 × 100 mm, with 50, 100 and 200 mm thickness options. Blocks can also be cut to your blank size.

Can you build the mould and supply its electrodes?

Yes. Unit 2 designs and manufactures injection moulds, blow moulds, dies and fixtures, and Unit 1 machines the graphite electrodes for them, so both come from one supplier.

Do you export?

Yes. We export graphite products to North America, Central and South America, the Middle East, East and Middle Africa and South-East Asia.
